UMD 701 / UMD 701RCM
The UMD 701 is a compact power quality meter with data logger for DIN rail mounting. It measures 8-channel AC/DC currents and voltages and the work in class 0.2s, as well as the harmonics up to the 50th harmonic. It optionally maps the power quality according to EN 50160, EN 61000-2-2, EN 61000-2-4, EN 61000-2-12. The UMD 701 has a large 512 MB memory. The unit can be accessed via the Ethernet interface and live measured values can be viewed via the associated web server using a web browser. This means that Internet protocols can also be read in and PLC systems and building management systems can be easily connected. Digital inputs/outputs and a serial RS485 interface are integrated. Measurement is carried out via JS or CTB current transformers (100 mA). In the UMD 701RCM variant, the unit is used as an 8-channel residual current meter. The measurement is carried out via residual current transformers.
Application
The unit is used for monitoring DC motors, PV systems and for residual current measurement in data centres and in building automation.
