UMD 807
The UMD 807 is a built-in power quality meter for front panel mounting 144x144. It measures 3-phase current and voltage with up to 3 tariffs in 4-quadrant operation in class 0.2 and thus the work in class 0.5 as well as all common mains quantities, e.g. harmonics up to the 50th harmonic. It can be used in 400 V, 690 V as well as in IT networks. It can be connected via current transformers with N/5 A and N/1 A. It maps the power quality according to EN 50160, EN 61000-2-2, EN 61000-2-4, EN 61000-2-12. It has a large 512 MB memory. The unit can be accessed via the Ethernet interface and the USB connection on the front. This means that Internet protocols can also be read in and PLC and building management systems can be easily connected. Analogue and digital inputs/outputs as well as an RS485 interface are integrated, as is an operating hours counter.
The sampling frequency is 6.4 kHz. The unit is parameterised and visualised with the ENVIS software.
The PQ S module is available as an optional firmware module for evaluating the power quality according to EN 50160. With the firmware module GO, oscilloscope functions for current and voltage are activated and trigger signals for limit value events are set. The optional RCS module supports ripple control signal detection.
Application
The unit is used for continuous monitoring of voltage quality in main distribution boards and transformer stations.
