UMD 97
The UMD 97 is a powerful front panel meter* and replaces all analogue meters. It measures 3-phase current and voltage in 4-quadrant operation in class 0.2 and thus the work in class 0.5s as well as all common mains quantities, e.g. harmonics up to the 50th harmonic. It can be connected via current transformers with N/5 A and N/1 A as well as via Rogowski coils (333 mV). It maps the power quality according to EN 50160, EN 61000-2-2, EN 61000-2-4, EN 61000-2-12. It has a brilliant large colour graphic display. The UMD 97 is conveniently operated via 5 function keys. A PT100 sensor is integrated internally. It can be used in 400 V, 690 V as well as in IT networks. It has a large 512 MB memory. The unit can be accessed via the Ethernet interface and the mini USB port on the front. This means that Internet protocols can also be read in and PLC and building management systems can be easily connected. Digital inputs/outputs and a serial RS485 interface are also integrated. For network analysis, the measuring device can be extended with the firmware modules PQ S and GO. The ENVIS software is used to parameterise and visualise the unit.
* also suitable for top-hat rail mounting with adapter.
Application
The device is used for power quality measurement and consumption measurement in LV and sub-distribution boards.
